These Terms govern your use of myglobalmentors.com and the services of My Global Mentors. By using the website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.
My Global Mentors provides guidance, mentorship, and facilitation services: counselling, university shortlisting, application preparation and submission, scholarship and education-loan guidance, visa documentation support, test preparation, and pre-departure assistance.
Admission, scholarship, education-loan, and visa decisions rest solely with the respective universities, lenders, embassies, and authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee any admission, scholarship, loan sanction, or visa approval. Any statistics on our website (such as past visa success rates) describe our historical track record and are not a promise of outcome in any individual case.
You agree to: (a) provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and genuine documents; (b) meet the deadlines communicated to you for documents, fees, and signatures; and (c) pay applicable third-party fees (university application fees, visa fees, test bookings, courier charges) directly or as instructed. Submission of forged, fabricated, or misleading documents will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and you alone will bear all consequences with universities and authorities.
Your first counselling/profile-evaluation session is free. Fees for paid services, and exactly what they include, will be communicated to you in writing before you engage us. Fees payable to third parties (universities, embassies, testing bodies, couriers) are separate, payable by you, and outside our control. For refund-related requests, write to us at enquiry@myglobalmentors.com.
Education loans, accommodation, foreign exchange, travel insurance, flights, SIM cards, and blocked accounts are provided by independent partners whom we introduce or coordinate with on your behalf. Your contract for those services is with the partner, and My Global Mentors is not responsible for a partner's acts, omissions, or service quality.
University lists, rankings, tuition fees, living costs, intake dates, and visa rules shown on this website are indicative, change frequently, and are provided for general guidance only. Always confirm current details with your mentor during counselling. We may update website content at any time without notice.
All content on this website — text, design, logos, and graphics — belongs to My Global Mentors or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp regarding your enquiry and our services. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Global Mentors' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fees you actually paid to us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of admission opportunity, visa refusal, travel costs, or loss of income.
We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms (including Section 3). You may discontinue services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
